Exterior and Interior Highlights

Chevy gave the new Colorado lineup exterior modifications that make the body appear more fierce, rugged, and military-like. The body boasts sharper lines and angles all around. All models have four-door crew cabs and 5-foot-4-inch beds. The front has sharply accented hoods with contrasting scoops. A large rectangular framed, blackened mesh grille bears the Chevy emblem with narrow, angular headlights bordering each side. Matte-finish cladding encompasses the body on all sides. A sharp line and cladding frame each wheel well while creating a rib along the bottom of both door panels. Vertical rectangular lighting and three-dimensional gem-like angles accent the rear.

The 2024 Colorado's interior accommodates four or five people with plenty of head and legroom. Entry-level WT models have fabric upholstered interiors. Convenience packages become available at the LT level and include synthetic leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a driver's power-adjustable seat. Z71 models come standard with fabric/leatherette upholstered interiors. Convenience packages for the tier include power-adjustable, heated and ventilated front seats and leather upholstered interiors.

Technology and Safety

Every WT pickup gives drivers an expansive 11-inch digital instrument panel. Infotainment systems in all the trim levels now feature 11.4-inch touchscreens that keep you connected while driving around Metro East. The units enable wireless smartphone integration while having a six-speaker stereo system and satellite AM/FM radio. Bluetooth allows for hands-free smartphone usage in addition to providing Internet access. All occupants enjoy a comfortable ride year-round due to the automatic climate control technology.

Advancing to the Z71 level adds proximal keyless entry, an electrical outlet in the cab, and another in the truck bed. Elite ZR2 trucks add remote engine start, which provides the chance to warm the engine and cab during cold weather. The climate control extends to two zones. The rearview mirror dims automatically when sensing rear-approaching vehicles. Tailgates gain electronic assistance.
