The car we bought was on the lot in Litchfield and they went and got it and brought it to us. I have dealt with same salesman for 20 years. February 8, 2023Hello, since the inventory shortages things look a little different in the car business than it used to. Our dealership all made the decision on the hard to get inventory, such as the Traverse, that the sale would be recorded to GM at the rooftop the unit was invoiced to. We did have the vehicle taken to the Highland location to assist in making it an easier transaction for you and we did make sure that your salesman was taken care of on the deal as well. Hopefully we will see things continue to normalize in our industry and get back to more of what it used to be. Thank you again for your business and comments.Mark L
