As always my experience was excellent!! Everyone there treated me professionally and warmly. The entire staff that I dealt with were amazing! A special shout out to Kelly, Ray, and the receptionist who is always so friendly, but at the moment I can’t bring up her name in my mind! In fact today I will see them all again as my daughter-in-law and I will be at the Schmitt dealership getting a new 2026 Traverse !!!!

Great and timely service provided.

Ray in the service department was VERY helpful. I had my truck there on Friday for repairs but the parts were not in, there for I needed to bring it back on Monday. I am disabled and on oxygen I couldn't get my truck back in on Monday so he picked it up at home and brought it back to me when finished. I am truly thankful for his kindness.

Was able to schedule online through the Buick app. Was given timely information on the status of the requested service. Ray is professional and knowledgeable. Loved getting the updates of the service.

I had a problem with the apple car play in my vehicle. The dealership persisted and was able to resolve my issue.
